When the sun is out, you can also dine on their terrace, under the shade of century-old pine trees. There are various tasting menus to choose from.
Chef David Chauvac prepares contemporary French cuisine with international twists, including dishes like Duck foie gras, blackcurrant jelly, dried fruits and nuts crumble and roasted quince, Sole "bonbons" with verbena foam, carrot ravioli and Menton lemon, Deer fillet caramelised with elderflower juice, rutabaga and Rocha pear balls, or Coconut pannacotta, exotic jelly and fromage blanc ice cream.
Open Wednesday to Sunday 12:30-14:30 and 19:30-22:00. From May to September.
