When the sun is out, you can also dine on their terrace, under the shade of century-old pine trees. There are various tasting menus to choose from.
New chef Xavier Burelle prepares contemporary French cuisine with international twists, including dishes like duck foie gras, blackcurrant jelly, dried fruits and nuts crumble and roasted quince, sole "bonbons" with verbena foam, carrot ravioli and menton lemon, venison fillet caramelised with elderflower juice, rutabaga and rocha pear balls, or coconut pannacotta, exotic jelly and fromage blanc ice cream.
Open evenings from 19:30-22:00 for dinner, and Wednesday-Sunday 12:30-14:30 for lunch. From May to September.
