Children are quickly guided, if possible, to the pre racing school and start racing at the local events in order to taste the racing atmosphere. Adult lessons are run every Saturday morning from 9.30am for three hours.

The flagship of the Association is its sailing school who offer throughout the year internships to young people from 6 years and adults in optimists and dinghies.

Giving you the opportunity to explore the sites of the Bay of Cannes and the Lerins Islands: Mecca of the Mediterranean Diving. They provide quality services having 36 years of experience behind them, the dynamic team will welcome you in several languages.

Snorkelling is also available for the non-diving friends, an alternative to the discovery of the beautiful world underwater. Easy, fun and rewarding for the whole family.

They are located on the old port of Cannes, in the middle of the platform St Pierre, with parking nearby.

At Easy Dive you will find a technical room, a space dedicated to selling Aqualung, Scubapro, Cressi, Suunto and Uwatec products. A workshop to maintain equipment, an air-conditioned classroom equipped with video and overhead projector and a café area.

In season they organise up to 4 outings per day between April and November (9am, 14h, 18h and night), every day. In winter, outings are provided on the weekends, and on weekdays on request.

All dives are reservation only. The trained instructors will help you progress at your own pace within an extremely safe environment

They offer special rates for registered members of the surfing, SUP, sailing and kayak federation.

Their range of boards is wide, from easy-to-use boards for calm rides to those prepared to race even on a rough sea. They also rent adjustable aluminium or carbon paddles.

Their lessons are aimed at all ages and levels, and can be in a group or private. They run throughout the year, and they offer more intensive courses during the summer.

They also rent equipment: wind surf boards, catamarans, kayaks and stand up paddle boards.

The first day is on the ground at "Base nature" in Fréjus. After, it's on the water at Cannes. All the equipment is provided and the classes are structured from beginner level to expert. They also offer rental equipment and lessons in stand up paddle boarding. The object is always to focus on safety, discovery of the activity and practice so that you can develop your skills.

In recent years, sea kayaking has become a very popular sport for nature lovers and those who enjoy the tranquillity of the sea. The company offers kayaking throughout the year along the Riviera coast: highlighting three particular destinations, the Cap d'Antibes, the Lerins Islands and the Massif Esterel (Theoule, Antheor and Trayas). Open daily from 08:00-21:00.

As an example of one of their trips:
They offer a group of up to ten participants a day navigating the wild and natural coves of the Lerins islands located close to the tip of Cannes, swimming breaks and / or meals are provided. By late afternoon, they take the participants to a tasting of local wine products, prepared on site by the monastic brotherhood who have been present on the Saint-Honorat island for sixteen centuries.

The team is there to make sure that you make the right choice and have a great day: Thierry, the owner, will be happy to be out on his boat for your journey out to sea. Franck, the instructor will be with you during your first few laps, and Nina can advise you on your activity whilst Christophe will check over all your equipment prior to departure!

With a variety of activities on offer from water skiing, mono skiing, wakeboarding, wakesurfing, wakeskating, kneeboarding and barefoot skiing! Or for those who just want to lay back and have fun you can try the banana boat, airforce inflatable, flyfish and the sofa. In addition to all of this they can also offer parasailing to see more of Cannes from sky.

There are a large number of sailing competitions around the Cannes area so the Club Nautique prepares and trains its members all year round for these events. It is open to all and has a diverse fleet of boats, including lasers, Hobie 16, Hobie Twixxy, Optimist, windsurfs, kayaks, paddle boats and pedallos.
