Try these tree top adventures, all with various levels of difficulty and with plenty of adrenalin pumping fun!

Up to 12m above the ground, find yourself hanging about in the trees and flying down zip lines. Picnic tables, BBQs and a small buvette (snack stop) are available for you.

From foam pits to airbags, basketball to dodgeball and of course trampoline, there is plenty to keep the entire family entertained.

Enjoy time with friends or family in safety, with expert and passionate coaches on hand to assist you or help you learn more and try harder. You can try various different sporting activities such as parkour and gymnastics in the safety of the foam pit, on the airbag and using a trampoline against 'the wall'. Slackline is another popular activity which you can try above a soft landing on an air mattress.

3. Parc Zoologique de Frejus (Frejus Zoo)

Established in 1971, the Zoological Park Frejus is located in a typical Mediterranean natural landscape and enjoys the mild climate of the Riviera.

You can explore the 20-acre park on foot or by car where you will discover over 110 species of wildlife. Mammals, birds, reptiles, some common, others extremely rare, are there for you to see and experience. There will be something for everyone!

4. Canyon Forest Theme Park, Villeneuve-Loubet

100% thrills on this adventure course situated on the edge of Villeneuve-sur-Loup. Activities lasting three hours with 4 levels of difficulty and more than 115 challenges (iron way, rope bridge, zip-wires, climbing...).

  • Open from April to Mid September, daily during July and August and during holidays. Times, days and dates vary so it is best to check in advance to avoid disappointment.

5. Warm Up Bowling

If you fancy a different and fun night out in Cannes, then head to Cannes Bowling in Cannes La Boca. There are 16 alleys and over 2,500m² of pure bowling entertainment.

All the alleys are tailored to children since they are equipped with rails. An ideal start for beginners bowlers!

In addition, there are billiard and pool tables (French, American and pool).

The Warm Up also includes a restaurant offering pizzas, grilled meats, salads and Tex-Mex. The pub has a cocktail bar and hosts karaoke evenings every Wednesday.

We recommend you call ahead if you want to reserve lanes.

6. Antibes Land Theme Park

Open from April to September, this major amusement park includes a large range of entertainment attractions and rides such as mechanised thrill machines (Roller coasters, train rides, water ride, etc.) and carnival games.

With so much for the family to do this is a great location for birthdays, parties and other special days out. For more than 30 years they have been bringing new and exciting rides and themed activities to the Cote d'Azur and it is now the largest park on the coast. Great family rides and big thrills for the more adventurous, there is more than enough to keep you amused all day long!

7. Le Bois des Lutins Theme Park, Villeneuve Loubet

Great for children and adults, this adventure park has 2 hectares of games including a spectacular net walk and a village of huts perched the trees.

Adventurers can discover the highest canopies of the trees, terraces and slides. Up to 13m long, and with nets up to 11m high. There are numerous other games and activities to take part in, including zorbing, inflatables, flying fox and much more!
