When it comes to jetskiing among superyachts or kayaking along a coastline lined with palm trees and art deco hotels, Cannes has to be one of the most glamorous and fun places along the Riviera to indulge in a day of watersports.

Based in Antibes, their kayak & SUP activities extend along the French Riviera and include the Iles de Lerins.

You can choose to hire a Kayak (one or two person) and head out onto the water to discover the beautiful area and the activity for yourself. Hire is possible for a few hours, a half day or a full day, so it's up to you to plan your day!

Alternatively, you can choose to take a private lesson or try one of their group coastal tours. They offer guided tours varying from easy discovery trips, to more sporty outings and a sunset trip.

For rentals Cape Kayak use sit-on-top kayaks, for the sporty ones they also have a fleet of surfskis that are long and fast kayaks.

It is a great activity to do with friends and family or to give as a gift.

With two locations, one in Cannes and another one on Île Ste Marguerite, this association organises sailing, sea kayaking and wind surfing courses throughout the year.

Their lessons are aimed at all ages and levels, and can be in a group or private. They run throughout the year, and they offer more intensive courses during the summer.

They also rent equipment: wind surf boards, catamarans, kayaks and stand up paddle boards.

Kayak hire and trips on offer to discover the beautiful coastline of the Cote d'Azur by sea kayak, leaving from Palm Beach on the Cap de la Croisette near Cannes.

In recent years, sea kayaking has become a very popular sport for nature lovers and those who enjoy the tranquillity of the sea. The company offers kayaking throughout the year along the Riviera coast: highlighting three particular destinations, the Cap d'Antibes, the Lerins Islands and the Massif Esterel (Theoule, Antheor and Trayas). Open daily from 08:00-21:00.

As an example of one of their trips:
They offer a group of up to ten participants a day navigating the wild and natural coves of the Lerins islands located close to the tip of Cannes, swimming breaks and / or meals are provided. By late afternoon, they take the participants to a tasting of local wine products, prepared on site by the monastic brotherhood who have been present on the Saint-Honorat island for sixteen centuries.

They offer a range of excursions ranging from sunset cruising to a more taxing discovery of the coves an rocky outlets of the Cote d'Azur coastline. From trips out to the Leyrin Islands, or along the coastline of Cannes and Nice the instructors will take you our and show you around some of the more inaccessible areas of this beautiful destination.

Based in Antibes, their kayak activities extend along the French Riviera and include the Iles de Lerins.

You can choose to take one of their coastal tours.

They offer guided tours varying from easy trips focused on fun, to longer more challenging routes. Their main three options are:

  • Discovery Tour: This 1.5hr tour will introduce you to Kayaking and allow you to explore some of the beautiful coastline alone the French Riviera with a fully qualified instructor
  • Experience Tour: This 2 hour tour is for those that want a more challenging and sporty excursion of all the magnificent sites around the Cap d'Antibes.
  • Sunset Tour: An early evening paddle along the coastline taking in the spectacular colours cast at dusk, as the moon slowly rises.

You can also choose to take private or group lessons with one of their instructors. It is a great activity to do with friends and family or to give as a gift.

Alternatively, you can choose to simply hire a kayak for 1hr through to a full day.
