After their first collaboration on L'Amour Sorcier, the choreographer Jean-Claude Gallotta and Olivia Ruiz wanted to work together again.
Volver is the story of a young singer who goes up to Paris to try her luck. She was born to a family of immigrants and carries with her memories of the Spanish War. It is for, and thanks to the music, that she will find the strength to emigrate from her own land of the south to the city of the north. She will face the another world, violence and fight her own fears.
