The leading global TV and digital content market, MipTV (3rd to 6th April 2017) will host the exclusive world premiere of Riviera, the new Sky Atlantic series, which was shot last year on the Côte d'Azur.

In the new TV mini-series American actress, Julia Stiles, takes on the role of a young American woman from the Midwest of the United States who is the wife of billionaire and art collector, Constantine Clios. When her husband is killed in an explosion aboard a yacht belonging to a rich and powerful Russian arms dealer, Georgina discovers the extent of her husband’s questionable business dealings and navigates a complex web of deceit and depravity to get to the truth of how he died.

The screening is scheduled to take place on 3rd April 2017 at MipTV in the Grand Auditorium of the Palais des Festivals in the presence of actors and actresses Julia Stiles, Oscar-nominated Lena Olin, Adrian Lester (Undercover) and Dimitri Leonidas (Monuments Men).

Riviera, a thriller in which the Côte d'Azur offers a backdrop to characters with questionable morality, will be broadcast exclusively on Sky Atlantic in the UK, Ireland, Italy, Germany and Austria in 2017.
