The menu, devised by Chef Laurent Bunel, is inspired by seasonal products. Its wine cellar features thousands of great wines from the best vineyards of France and elsewhere. It also serves as a legendary and exclusive tasting room. Carlton Restaurant welcomes you all year round for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Opening hours are from 07:30-10:30 for breakfast, 12:30-14:30 for lunch and from 19:30 until 22:30 for dinner.
