The Château de la Tour feels like a private residence, offering an intimate and refined experience. With Meilleur Ouvrier de France 2000, Chef Didier Anies, at the helm, the restaurant is a true destination for elegance, creativity and exceptional cuisine - unique in Cannes.

In this elegant setting, dining takes centre stage. Open to both guests and visitors, the restaurant serves daily lunch and dinner menus created by the chef himself. Guided by the rhythm of the seasons, the market, and the château’s own garden, his creativity and inspiration shape each dish.

Passionate about his craft, the chef values the skill of his team and strives to create cuisine that is both refined and delicate. Every plate showcases exceptional produce, expertly seasoned and cooked with precision. Originally from the South West and raised in a family of wine growers, his deep connection to the land shines through. Today, the château’s vegetable garden and herb patch bring added freshness and authenticity to his culinary creations.
