On the 5th floor, the Sea Sens offers, on the unique rooftop terrace, two different spaces for lunch & dinner, the "Bar-Brasserie" and the Gourmet Restaurant, which just received its first Michelin star.
The Sea Sens restaurant is the chic background of the 5th floor, with one of the most beautiful views of Cannes, on the Suquet and on the "Vieux Port". The Chef Arnaud Tabarec proposes a gourmet menu, a clever use of fresh market foods and spices from the five continents, inspired from his travels all around the world. Jérôme De Oliveira, World Pastry Champion, creates the dessert menu, ending your meal on a divinely sweet note.
The Sea Sens restaurant is opened from Tuesday to Saturday, from 19:30 to 23:00.
