RAF celebrate 40yrs of Cannes Yachting
Sunseeker yachts bring the Red Arrows to Cannes
Supporting the RAF Aerobatic Team, the Red Arrows, on their European Tour, Sunseeker Yachts managed to secure a spectacular performance at the Cannes Yachting Festival 2017.
Promoting the UK across the globe, the British Royal Air Force's Red Arrows are touring Europe and the Middle East and performing eight displays and numerous flypasts. On Friday 15th September the talented crew of the world famous aerobatic team took to the skies above Cannes and the annual Yachting Festival to entertain guests at the show. The flyby was commissioned as part of the 40th Anniversary of the Cannes Yachting Festival.
The Yachting Festival posted a stunning image of the display, captured from the ground, with a caption that read "We are so honored! #RoyalAirForce #RAF #thankstoSunseeker #Sunseekerinternational #cannesyachtingfestival #40thanniversary"
The Red Arrows themselves also posted some images by team photographer, SAC Hannah Smoker, which were taken from inside one of the jets and show the smoke streams close up with the Cannes Yachting Festival sitting below.
