Cabin crew of the budget airline Easyjet are preparing for a 48 hour strike which is set to take place over the Festive period.

Hitting Christmas travellers hard, the planned walk out will take place over Christmas Day and Boxing Day, the 25th & 26th December. The routes affected include those between the Parisian airports of Orly and Charles de Gaulle, Lyon, Nice and Toulouse.

It is expected that if all goes ahead Easyjet will cancel up to half of their Boxing day flights. More details are expected to be released on Wednesday but in the mean time it might be worth checking out any alternative travel arrangements in case you need to make a last minute change in order to get home for Christmas!
