Describing itself as a 'bistronomique' restaurant where bistro meets gastronomic, the restaurant at the Tiara Miramar Beach Hotel & Spa is run by Chef  Guillaume Anor.

An exquisite mix of southern French cuisine blended with offerings of Spanish tapas and Oriental-style mezzé creates a most memorable dining experience, fulfilling the promise of fun, friendly evenings of tasting and sharing... the new Riviera Lifestyle.

Guillaume Anor is the Executive Chef of the two Tiara Hotels on the French Riviera: The Tiara Yaktsa and Tiara Miramar Beach Hotel & Spa which was entirely revamped in 2014.  He orchestrates the offer for a total of three restaurants and the welcome lounge. 

Breakfast is served from 07:00 to 10:00, lunch from 12:30 to 14:00 (except in the summer season) and dinner from 19:30 to 22:00.
