Juan Les pins is now known for its many celebrity visitors and has become a hot spot for high quality boutique hotels and wonderful villas. Juan les Pins itself does not have many museums or galleries to browse but the neighbouring Antibes old town has plenty of history and culture that you can absorb. The Musee Picasso houses some of Picasso's art work as well as the art of other artists, located in the stunning Chateau Grimaldi. When visiting the old town of Antibes you will also see the walls that were once much higher and protected the city still remain today, and many of the buildings are made from the traditional Antipolis stone. Juan-les-Pins' lovely long sandy beaches really are its biggest drawcard. There are plenty of beach clubs where you can grab a deckchair or have lunch- be aware that each beach club has its own personality- some even get a little rowdy in the summer months with dj's and big parties, while others are the perfect place for a sophisticated day of relaxation on the Riviera. For public beaches, try Plage de Pecheurs, Plage de la Gallice, and there are good stretches of sand on wide Grande Plage. At Plage du Pont Dulys you can try your hand at waterskiing, wakeboarding, banana boating and much more.

Juan-les-Pins is a really vibrant nightspot, with lots of bars and restaurants, a casino and several large nightclubs. Le Village is the biggest and most popular with a large dance floor and big name DJs gracing the decks. Minimal Club is smaller and more laid back, catering to a music-loving crowd with deep house beats-although it's said there are topless dancers and waitresses dressed as French maids in one back room lounge, so it's still got a touch of the famous Riviera hedonism! Whisky-a-go-go, meanwhile, has been drawing an elite crowd since the 50's and still delivers a classic club scene in an intimate lounge setting, while Le Milk is the poshest club in town, with wild theme parties, loud music and foam nights.( Yes, foam parties still exist on the Riviera- who knew.) Juan-les-Pins parties all night- even if you don't fancy going into a nightclub, there's some brilliant people watching to be had until the early hours at the famous cocktail bar Pam-Pams, or live music and a chic crowd at Kafe Kanter by the beach. Meanwhile, if you’re in the mood for a flutter there’s Eden Casino, where as well as the gambling you’ll find a pub and a piano bar.
