Moulin Sainte Anne B&B, Grasse
Charming accommodation set in a beautifully renovated olive oil mill
This delightful B&B, brimming with history and charm, is ideally located just a few minutes' drive from both Grasse and Cannes, offering a peaceful retreat with easy access to the best of the French Riviera.
Once an olive oil mill in the 18th century, this unique property has been beautifully transformed into a charming guesthouse and gîte accommodation. The original machinery, including two water wheels – one hidden beneath the mill in a network of subterranean tunnels – adds to its character.
The charm of the exposed stone walls and wooden beams has been lovingly preserved, creating a warm and romantic atmosphere. The spacious rooms feature king-size beds, flat-screen TVs, tea-making facilities, and southwest-facing views of the small chapel. Each room offers direct access to the pool.
For those seeking more independence, two duplex apartments sleep three or four guests in two bedrooms. Both come with fully equipped kitchens, including a full-size fridge/freezer, oven, washing machine, and Nespresso coffee machine. Each has a private terrace with stunning views of the mountains, courtyard, or nearby river. Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and TV are provided throughout.
