Close to Grasse and only a short drive from the French Riviera and the beaches of Cannes, this extraordinary villa will amaze you in every way.
This high-end home, which dates back to the 1920s has a sophisticated ambience throughout to be experienced - the story goes that it was built by a noble duke as a present to his mistress. Our guests can expect stylish interiors, luxurious en suite bathrooms, fine furnishings and high-tech features such as a Sonos music system, Apple TV, air-conditioning in every room and even a wine-fridge.
The panoramic views are breathtaking out from the open-plan living room or when creating family dinners in the smart kitchen-diner, both with stylish arched doors leading out to the terraces overlooking the French Riviera and surrounding landscapes. Step on to your balcony from one of the three sumptuous bedrooms upstairs for yet more dazzling belvederes sipping from a glass of fine wine from the owner’s Provençal winery.
Seeing the sun rise above the southern Alps to the east and sunsets over the Esterel mountains to the west, meaning you are blessed with sun all day across the fantastic terraces and gardens where you can find grand palms for shade and the olive and eucalyptus trees which are so typical of this part of southern France. This Mediterranean-inspired paradise offers a relaxing swimming pool or dining al-fresco with family and friends.
Walks in woodland are on your doorstep and the incredibly picturesque town with its medieval lanes, charming restaurants, atmospheric weekly market and famous perfume factories and museums Grasse is just a few minutes by car, following the winding lane down the hill.
Food-lovers should also head to the Valbonne bustling market on a Friday or experience one of the Michelin starred restaurants in nearby Cabris. Other beautiful landscapes of olive groves, pines and cyprus trees include idyllic hilltop villages scattered like Opio, Mougins and Biot, especially the artistic villages of Vence and St Paul de Vence.

What you should know…
The 6-guest price includes the three bedrooms and the office. The 8-guest price, which is on request only, converts the office into a bedroom with two single beds and is suitable only for two under 18-year-olds.
The glorious gardens include steps and partly terraced levels.
