This charming traditional villa is spread over two floors and is perfect for families. On the ground floor, you'll find three versatile rooms offering flexible sleeping arrangements, while a private second-floor room provides a tranquil retreat with its own sun terrace for moments of calm.
On hot summer days, keep cool in the spacious living/dining room (with an overhead fan) by opening the two doors that lead out to a covered dining terrace. Alternatively, take a stroll up to the pool, located above the villa and accessed by a small pathway with steps. The pool terrace offers beautiful views, and the gardens, complete with fruit and olive trees, provide a peaceful backdrop.
The villa is just a short walk (600m) to the village of Callas, where you'll find a café, restaurants, a boulangerie, and grocers. Nearby, the picturesque villages of Bargemon (6km) and Claviers (5km) offer more traditional restaurants and charming shops.
For a taste of local life, visit the larger town of Draguignan (13km), where you can explore medieval streets, admire ancient houses, and enjoy a coffee before planning a day trip to the stunning Gorges du Verdon (about 1.5 hours’ drive). The Gorges are a haven for hiking, white-water rafting, canyoning, and kayaking. If you’re craving the Mediterranean, beaches in Saint-Raphaël and Sainte-Maxime are just 43km away, while the glamorous Saint-Tropez is a 1-hour drive or a boat ride from Saint-Maxime. Nice Airport is just over an hour away by car for international connections.
